“Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts; and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psalm 139:23-24)

If we want to reach what God wants in our lives, we must pray for our hearts, does the spirit of pride rule over them!?

Because our spiritual life will not progress without treating this spirit, because the proud heart will only see itself..

It will only see the mistakes of others, and will talk about them..

The proud heart will condemn others, and will emanate from its mouth words full of pride.

It will constantly show itself and boast about itself in front of everyone, and will constantly talk about its achievements with pride and self-glorification..

The proud person sees himself as always right!! And he cannot compromise or apologize..

The Bible says: The Lord resists the proud heart and will only give grace to the broken heart The Humble..

"God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble." (James 4:6)

In order to pass this test, we must submit ourselves to the Holy Spirit of God to examine our hearts, our minds, and our intentions..

   Prayer   

Heavenly Father, I submit myself to Your Holy Spirit, examine me, O Lord, and know my heart and my thoughts, and see if I am in a wicked way.

And lead me in an eternal way..

Protect my heart from the spirit of pride

Protect my heart from vanity

Protect my heart from the control of self and ego

Protect me from myself and my self, O Holy Spirit of God

Help me to live as pleases You, in humility and obedience to Your Holy Spirit..

Amen..
