"Live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you." (2 Corinthians 13:11)
How do we live in peace????
First: The one who lives in peace trusts in the God of love and peace and believes that He is in control of all matters.
Second: He resorts first to the Lord before any human being.
Thus says the Lord: "Cursed is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from the Lord." (Jeremiah 17:5)
After that, the Lord mocks the people who solve the problem with the wisdom and arrangement of the Lord.
Third: He who lives in peace declares peace in the midst of distress. And in the midst of every difficult matter.
Fourth: He who lives in peace takes the initiative to reconcile. He takes the initiative to reconcile if he offends anyone or if anyone offends him.
"And if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he will listen to you, you have gained your brother." (Matthew 18:15).
"And do not give place to the devil." (Ephesians 4:27)
Fifth: He who lives in peace, his words are for edification. He thinks about the word carefully before it comes out of his mouth.
(Ephesians 4:29): Let no corrupting word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for edification, as the need arises, that it may impart grace to the hearers.
Sixth: He who lives in peace does not have his heart troubled or afraid.
Jesus said: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."(John 14:27)
O God of love and peace, I need you in my life. Help me live in peace
Good morning with the light of Christ
