5- How do you train a disciple to be a disciple?

In this episode, we will focus on the gifts that God gives to believers, and on His call for them to be true disciples.

If the body of Christ is deprived of the spiritual gifts of one of its members, the picture becomes incomplete, as we see in the puzzle when one of its parts disappears. The main purpose of spiritual gifts is the unity of the body.

In (1 Corinthians 12: 1-11) the Bible tells us about a large list of spiritual gifts. However, spiritual gifts were not limited to this list, God intended for us to have human gifts and talents, and when we allow the Holy Spirit to control them, these are transformed into spiritual gifts.

How to help your disciple discover his spiritual gifts:

1- Allow him to serve people:

In the meantime, some spiritual gifts will appear in him.

2- Allow him to practice these gifts:

Let him practice these gifts until he is sure whether they are real or not.
3- Discover the circles of interest of the student:

The circle in which he launches and feels confident and secure and uses his talents in it.

4- Provide him with a safe environment:

Provide him with honest people to enrich his talents if they are real.

Spiritual talents must be consistent with God's call, God intended for every believer to enjoy certain talents, and we do not ask for a certain talent; but we pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit and He gives us and provides us with spiritual talents.
