The Prodigal Son

Father, I have sinned and I am not worthy!!
These words, taken from the Gospel of Luke, reflect the heart of sincere repentance. They are a call to every soul weary of being far from God, to rise up and return to the loving embrace of the Heavenly Father.

Repentance is not just words; it is a courageous step toward reconciliation and a renewed relationship with God. Let us draw inspiration from this passage for the strength of faith and the courage to return to God with love and humility. How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, while I perish with hunger? I will arise and go to my father and say to him,"Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you and am no longer worthy to be called your son."

Make me like one of your hired servants.
"So he got up and went to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and had compassion, ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. Then the son said to him.

"Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son." (Luke 15:18)
